McCRARY SISTERS

McCRARY SISTERS

These Nashville Sisters were steeped in music from an early age and have sung all their lives. They’ve long been the go-to gospel singers in Music City and have sung with Dr John, Bob Dylan, The Mavericks, Solomon Burke, Patty Griffin, Bonnie Prince Billy and a host of other top-tier roots, soul, gospel and Americana artists.

The sisters only began singing together – and writing superb original songs – under their own name in the last few years, fulfilling a long-held wish of their late father, a lynchpin of the legendary gospel quartet The Fairfield Four. As well as drawing on their deep church heritage, their hugely uplifting sound embraces soul, blues and funk in a live show that is completely inclusive and truly life-affirming.

Following the tragic death of Deborah in 2022, Ann, Alfreda and Regina plan to continue to keep the family sound alive in tribute to their beloved sister.
